- If you wish to share the time slot booked with friends please ensure they have also read these field rules prior to visiting.
- Please use the hand sanitiser available when you arrive at the Dog Park to keep all users safe.
- You must stick to the time slot booked. If you are late arriving you must still vacate the field promptly at the end time booked, so as not to delay others that may have booked time slots after you.
- Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your booked time slot and please stay in your car if there is someone else still occupying the field.
- Please do not enter the field if it is occupied. If the previous occupants over-run their time slot please call Jess on 07745 891932 who will ask them to leave.
- Please stay aware of the time whilst exercising your dog so that you vacate the field promptly at the end of your booked time slot, to ensure that other people following you can use their full time slot booked.
- You must clear up after your dog within the time slot booked (not afterwards).
- Please pick up and dispose of dog poo and any litter in the bins provided.
- Any hirer that fails to clear up after their dog will be refused future hire of the field.
- Please do not allow your dog to dig in the field.
- The tyres provided are obstacles for the dogs and not for children to play on.
- Dogs should be in good health, vaccinated and up-to-date with flea, tick and worming treatments. Please do not bring poorly dogs to the field ie if they are showing signs of coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting or other out of character behaviour.
- XL bully breeds/types are allowed in our private secure dog field as long as you comply with our field rules and all up-to-date laws and legislation regarding these breeds which includes but is not exclusive to the list below:
- The dog(s) must have a valid exemption certificate and you must hold the required public liability insurance. Copies may be requested.
- You must only come to the dog park with people and dogs from the same household – no guests or guest dogs are allowed during your booking.
- The dog(s) must be muzzled and leashed when being unloaded from the car and in the car park as the car park is a public area. This is in compliance with UK law, especially as this area is shared with other users of the site and other dog park users may arrive early. Please comply with your booking timesĀ at the field to avoid any overlap with other users.
- The dog remains your responsibility throughout your visit.
- Our rules regarding XL bully breeds will be reviewed periodically and may change according to current guidance and legislation. It is therefore advised that you review our field rules before each visit.
- Please only exercise your dog in the secured field.
- Dog must be kept on a lead until inside the secure field. We are a busy working farm with all the associated risks and hazards.
- Dogs should not be tied to any structures such as the tap, shelter, trees or fencing at any time.
- Please do not leave dogs unattended in the field.
- Any dogs left in cars are your responsibility and you should ensure they have adequate shade, water and ventilation.
- The field is a non-smoking area.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- You will be liable for any damage caused on our premises (including damage to any equipment provided by us) caused by you, your dog(s) or any person in your group. Any damage to the field or its facilities should be reported to Jess on 07745 891932 immediately.
- Any observation of a hirer breaching these field rules should be reported to Jess on 07745 891932 immediately.
- Blewbury Dog Park cannot accept any liability for property (eg toys, leads, etc) left at the premises.
- Cars are parked at your own risk and we take no responsibility for cars at the premises.
- We do not accept any liability for any accident, injury or misadventure to property, persons or animals, however caused when using this facility.
